WMSC Intelligence Journal (WIJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the WMSC Psychometric Council under the auspices of the World Memory Sports Council (WMSC). Dedicated to advancing the science of human intelligence, cognition, and memory, the journal welcomes original research, theoretical articles, and interdisciplinary studies across psychometrics, cognitive science, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, philosophy of mind, and intelligence enhancement. WIJ aims to serve as a global platform for rigorous and innovative scholarship at the frontiers of cognitive potential, high-range intelligence, and mental performance. All articles are published under a Creative Commons license with CrossRef DOI assignment and comply with COPE publishing ethics.

All submitted manuscripts are initially published as preprints following an editorial screening. A transparent post-publication peer review process then takes place, during which invited experts and the wider academic community may evaluate and comment on the work. Authors are encouraged to revise their manuscripts in response to feedback. Final versions may be certified by the editorial board as peer-reviewed following satisfactory evaluation.

Article Types

1) DOI Registration : All published articles will be assigned a DOI through CrossRef.
 
2) Archiving and Digital Preservation : Long-term archiving is ensured via PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and LOCKSS (planned).

3) Article Processing Charges (APC) : There are currently no article processing charges (APCs). Publishing in this journal is free of charge.

1) Submissions must follow APA 7th Edition format. All manuscripts should be submitted in .docx format with a structured abstract, keywords, and references.

2) Ethical Guidelines & COPE Compliance : The journal adheres to the ethical publishing standards outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

3) Plagiarism Policy : All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected.

4) Privacy Statement : All personal data collected from users and authors is used solely for the purposes of operating the journal and will not be shared with third parties.
